Delivery & Returns
At bubandboo, we understand that efficient and economical delivery is important to our customers, that's why we use Australia Post as our shipping provider.
Orders placed before 5pm Mon-Fri AEST on in-stock items will be dispatched the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
We will deliver anywhere within Australia using Australia Post's Express and Standard delivery services. Goods delivered using Express services will generally be delivered the next business day, items delivered by Standard services will be delivered within 2 - 7 days from the time they leave our warehouse and will arrive on normal business days only. We do not offer deliveries on weekend or public holidays. Delivery may be delayed during sale or promotional periods.
You will be sent a tracking number as soon as your order has left our warehouse so that you can track your order to your front door.
Please ensure that you have provided the correct shipping address to us, any cost associated with reshipping of returned goods due to incorrect address will be the customers responsibility.
A signature may be required when your order is delivered and as such we recommend that you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive your order. If no one is available at time of delivery Australia Post will leave a card in your letter box advising you to collect your delivery from your local post office.
Alternatively, if you have any specific instructions please note these in the comments field during checkout and we will do our best to pass this onto the shipping provider.
Postage is absolutely FREE for all orders of $120 or more.
For Australian orders up to $120, you will never pay more than our $10.00 flat fee per delivery regardless of the number of items ordered.
All re-shipments due to incorrect address or non-pickup will be charged a flat rate shipping and handling fee of $10.00.
TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT
We will email you once your package has left our warehouse and is on its way to you.
If you want to keep an eye on its progress you can:
- Log in to your bubandboo account using the "My account" link at the top right corner of the bubandboo site. Under your "Recent Orders" you can view orders you have placed. Here you can find the details of your order, including its status.
- Use the tracking link in your confirmation email and enter the tracking number provided for your order. Or use the Australia Post track your item tool and enter the tracking number provided in your confirmation email.
At bubandboo we strive to provide you with products that are of a high quality but if for some reason you are unhappy due to the size, colour, or the product just isn’t how you expected then please contact us at email@example.com and we will happily arrange an exchange or refund in accordance with this policy.
If an item is faulty we will happily replace the item or refund the item’s value. Any refunds given will be for the item’s total value and will not include the initial postal charges. Items for refund or exchange will only be accepted if the garment is unworn and unwashed with tags and packaging intact.
Refunds or exchanges cannot be provided for sale items, discounted items purchased using a promo code or underwear/swimwear items (for hygiene reasons) unless they are faulty.
To make a return please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your name, invoice number, product name, reason for return and request for replacement, exchange or credit, BEFORE sending the parcel back, we will provide you with the delivery address and we will arrange to exchange or refund your payment after inspection of the goods. All returns made without authorisation will not be accepted.
We recommend that you return the suitably packaged goods by receipted delivery or another means of tracked delivery system. We cannot accept any responsibility for loss of or damage to goods until they are received by us.
Regrettably the shipping costs associated with return items cannot be covered by bubandboo, and remains the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is faulty or the return is due to an error by bubandboo. For this reason, we advise customers to double check all measurements on size guides prior to purchase. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cancellations for products that have already been shipped.
