We understand that efficient and economical postage are important to our customers.

We will deliver anywhere within Australia using Australia Post's Express delivery or Standard delivery services. Goods will be delivered on normal business days only. Delivery will typically be next business day for Express Services and within 2 - 7 business days with Standard delivery, however delivery may be delayed during sale or promotional periods.

A signature may be required when your order is delivered and as such we recommend that you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive your order. If no one is available at time of delivery Australia Post will leave a card in your letter box advising you to collect your delivery from your local post office.

SHIPPING COSTS

Postage is absolutely FREE for all orders $120 or more.

For Australian orders less than $120, you will never pay more than our $10.00 flat fee per delivery regardless of the number of items ordered.

If you have any special instructions relating to the delivery, please make sure you indicate these instructions in the comments section when you’re finalising your purchase during check out.

International

International shipping is available and we will deliver anywhere in the world utilising the Australia Post delivery network.

Our international shipping is a $20.00 AUD flat fee for orders under $120 AUD. Orders that are $120 AUD or more are shipped for FREE.

TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT

When your shipment has been dispatched you will receive an email advising of the Parcel tracking number.

To track your shipment, simply open the Australia Post track your item tool to be redirected to the Australia Post website and enter the consignment number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
